Hallanife

I beat the game and I enjoyed all the decisions I made Mass Effect 1. However I had started a new game using that same save but never finished it because I didnt feel like playing it through all over again. Will Mass Effect 2 use my decisions from my first full play through or the decisions of my incomplete game? If anyone knows Id appreciate it. Thanks
