Ultimate Jutsu Type

 

Facts: The first new battle system type in Naruto Storm Revolution is the Ultimate Jutsu Type. This type is the only one that can use an ultimate jutsu. In order to activate, chakra must be at above 80% or greater and then pressing triangle+triangle+circle (on PS3) will fire a combination ultimate jutsu. Alternatively, calling out support characters (R1/L1) will fill up the Storm gauge. Once the Storm gauge is maxed and chakra is above 80%, pressing press triangle+triangle+triangle+circle will lead to playable and support character to rush in for an ultimate team jutsu.

 

Analysis: It looks like for the Ultimate Jutsu type, the combination ultimate jutsu replaces the normal ultimate jutsu that we’ve known from past Naruto games. The team jutsu stays the same until as Storm 3, but since the ultimate jutsu has been replaced, the combination ultimate jutsu is performed at the end rather than a normal jutsu. Again, that’s just what we at Saiyan Island think based on the image below.

Awakening Type

 

Facts: The second new battle system type in Naruto Storm Revolution is the Awakening Type. This type is the only one that can use an awakening. As this type, the Storm gauge increases when you or your opponent loses health. When the Storm gauge is at level 2 (or above), the first awakening can be activated with the flick of the right stick. In the associated image, Sasuke’s first awakening is the initial manifestation of a incomplete Susanoo. When the Storm gauge is full to the max, then the second awakening can be activated by holding the triangle button.

 

Analysis: It looks like the instant awakening and adversity awakening mechanics from Storm 3 are altered with new conditions. The first level awakening is kind of like the instant awakening, well, except it’s not instant. It’s become kind of like the traditional awakening since you have to wait for the Storm gauge to fill. And again, the gauge is linked to health. The second level awakening may be easier to pull off when comparing to Storm 3 since either you or your opponent has to lose health to get the storm gauge closer to be filled max. In Storm 3, the adversity awakening could only be pulled off when your health dipped below a certain level.

Analysis: The first level support is pretty self-explanatory. The second level support is where it get’s interesting. Then they will protect you if you need defense, otherwise they will attack the opponent on their own.

Sta venendo bene codesto gioco, mi ricorda i vecchi ultimate ninja su ps2 quando potevi premere triangolo più volte per fare una tecnica finale diversa e per ogni tecnica una trasformazione diversa.

Nel 3 la storia c'era e, a parte qualche grossolano voluto cambio di trama, era carina. In questo per adesso sembra confermata questa parte di story mode dell'assalto di Mecha Naruto, ma si sapeva già da mesi che ci sarebbe stata.

Per me naruto con la metà di kurama di minato diventerà Rikudo viato che anche naruto ha del chakra dentro di sè dei bijiu ( ma dubito ) oppure controllerà metà volpe trasformandosi completamente (dubito anche qua).

Yamato non ha te niche curative quindi per me è kabuto che ringrazierà sasuke per averlo fatto ragionare (vedendo che sasuke è tornato buono è ha trovato uno scopo nella vita) però bho...potrebbe essere chiunque...

Anche se qualcosa però mi dice davvero Yamato....

Su madara che dire... Un pò pagliaccio,quando era immortale e con chakra infinito sembrava una checca e ora che è tornato umano sembra piu forte? O_o

Figo il suo abito da rikudo per l'amor di dio però kishimoto è malato -.- ora voglio proprio vedere sti 2 nuovi power up di sasuke e naruto e vedere come lo smolecolano a quello scemo da 2 soldi -.-

Comunque kakashi morirà sicuramente così da raggiungere i 2 grandissimi SENSEI in paradiso (il sensei dei rospetti e il sensei delle sigarette ^^)

Quel piede secondo me è per forza Kabuto... Oppure Anko... Non vedo altra soluzione perché dentro lo Zetsu bianco che usa il Mokuton ci sarà Yamato... Poi Madaruzzo l'hai letto che ha detto "adesso manca l'altro occhio" e infatti secondo me prenderà gli occhi di Sasuke.. Kakashi ti prego non voglio che muoia il nostro Sensei!!! Già ci hanno lasciato Asuma e Jiraya sensei.. Pure Kakashi nooooo.... Comunque é tutto un casino... Nemmeno Kishimoto sa come battere Madaruzzo Rikudou Sennin ultra POWA AAHAHAHAHAH!!! Quello che intendo io è che sarà un personaggio che non vediamo da tempo visto che Kishimoto lo sta rivelando misteriosamente.. Quindi non penso sia Obito... Secondo me o Kabuto che è riuscito a liberarsi da Izanami, o Yamato che ai è liberato dallo Zetsu bianco (potrebbe essere vera la tua ipotesi sul Cursed Mark di Orochimaru), oppure Anko Mitarashi, chissà...

We have been receiving lots of suggestions and demands regarding NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM Revolution, which of course makes us really happy.

 

However, they're kind of all over the place, on fan sites, Youtube videos, on the Social Networks (including English posts on the Japanese page) and the company's mail addresses.

 

Which is why I would really appreciate if you could write your suggestions on the page below.

Hello CyberConnect2! Here are some suggestions I think will most definitely motivate the fans into getting Naruto UNS Revolution. Please take a look, thanks in advance!

 

1. Fighting with/without supports

Currently, fighting with support characters against an opponent without support characters (and vice-versa) - if I recall correctly - has only been seen in Adventure Mode. If this were to be made possible for Free Battle Mode (online, tournament, etc) that would open a door to lots of new fight possibilities. The fans definitely want to be able to fight any kind of fight they want, without being restricted by a rule like this.

 

2. Advanced Stages

First off, larger stages would be most appreciated. Using the stages the way they have been up till now, the players aren't able to fight freely enough, as you reach the boundaries too quickly. Secondly, there isn't any kind of interaction possible with the environment. Here's a few things that could be implemented: destructible objects, multiple levels, destroyed version of stage after ultimate jutsu, wall-running. Houses, rocks, trees, these things could all be destructable. I am aware there are already destructable objects, however, as they are now they only react by jutsu damage. Imagine sending the opponent flying INTO a destructable object, crushing it. Multiple levels - what I mean with this is like having different objects you can get onto, again, be it houses, trees, rocks, anything. It doesn't make very much sense to have boundaries around the stages, so I would suggest stage transitions or a new appearance for the boundaries that don't feel so out of place. For example fences or walls, something that belongs in the stage itself instead of a force field.

 

3. Ninja Jumps

Right now, the player has the ability to double jump. I think it would be more true to the actual manga/anime as well as make more sense to have hold-down jumps instead. Holding down the jump button could make the player jump higher up into the air.

 

4. Renewing the Game

This isn't really a game mechanic-related suggestion. I would like to suggest, instead of adding up to the previous Storm games, also try to make it a renewed game. A lot of characters haven't been updated for a long time, and the fans want new complete updates. That means not just the ultimate jutsu or awakening, but it's entire moveset. However, may this be something you can't do too much, then adding up all of the movesets from previous games and putting it into the new game would also be okay.

 

4. Team Battles

This topic's title kind of speaks for itself. A free-battle mode to fight multiple opponents at once with or without teammates and vice-versa. Much like Hack and Slash mode from Storm 3, although it does need a lot of polishing. The lock-on system and camera aren't making the fight run very smoothly. This mode could even introduce co-op (preferably with the option of online co-op, also).

 

5. More Jutsu

The majority of characters only has one jutsu, and giving them a second one would add on to the replay-value. People often complain that being able to use no more than one technique gets boring surprisingly fast. The most obvious choices here would be to add hold-down jutsu and awakening jutsu (examples: Sakura's punch, Tobi's double fireball).

 

6. Outfit Updates

Some characters really need to be updated. Team Taka for instance should have a seperate costume that is the Akatsuki cloak for a long time now. Juugo is still running around in pajamas...

 

7. Online Mode or Offline Mode

As you all probably know, online mode has been quite the predicament in the Storm games. Somehow, finding other people to fight happens only on rare occasions and during these fights there is often a lot of connection issues involved. The point I want to make is this. Please, if you can't fix this, don't focus on online modes.

 

8. What The Fans Truly Want

Please focus on what the fans truly want instead of what you think the fans truly want! Find out on the internet, there are many people out there making clear what they want for these games. Suggest ideas to the fans and ask for feedback before putting effort into ideas the fans might not be into! Polls, Facebook comments, things like this I'm sure will help out. A great example is the recently introduced Tournament Mode. People were excited, but they also feared that this mode would either be Story Mode only, or offline only, single-player only...

 

This is all I can think of at the moment, I also sent this through the suggestions page.
